Derrik is a high school student at Glenbrook North High School in Illinois. He is involved in debate, local government, and other extracurricular activities. He decided to join S&S because he firmly believes that reporting unheard stories is important for all of us in times like these. In today’s world, information is often lost due to selective media coverage.
